Pat & Cindy Sokoll serve on the board of Connect and are regularly involved with caring for and coaching leaders through the Connect Materials. They have been married for 40+ years and have been broadly involved with all facets of life coaching for most of their adult lives.
They regularly host retreats and trainings locally, and around the world.
They have been certified in Prepare Enrich, Relational Values Alliance tools, TPM, and various processing tools for healthy living.

Jim and Holly Gernatt are big believers in how the Connect material impacts marriages, starting with experiencing it in their our marriage back in 2019. Since then, they have joined the board, and have continued to share it widely with family and friends. They have been married for 12 years and live outside Charlotte, NC with their 3 kids and Doodle. They are passionate about fostering healthy marriages and individuals both near and far.
